RULES

• If you do not agree with my TOS, do not contact me for a commission.
• I retain the right to my work. Please credit me at all times. And do not remove the watermark.
• 2 revisions are only allowed, one in the in the sketch phase & one in final phase
• I accept payments through Paypal, Ko-fi and Gcash only
• Commercial use will be double the original price.• Unauthorize use of my work will be blacklisted from commissioning me ever
• I will not accept refunds when the work is approved after the sketch
• I am free to use the commissioned work to promote myself unless specifically stated by the client

PROCESS

• Full payment is made after the sketch is approved
• The artwork should have a turn around time of 5-30 days
• Finished artwork is delivered thru email
• No work on Saturdays and Sundays, since they are my rest days

Platforms: Crossposting on X, FB, Deviantart, YCHThank you for your interest in my adoptable designs! By participating in this auction or purchasing an adoptable, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before bidding or buying.・✦ General Rules ✦・
1. Serious Bidders Only: All bids and offers are final. Deleting or withdrawing a bid/offer after submission may result in being blacklisted from future auctions or sales.
2. Auction Duration: The auction ends 48 hours from the initial posting unless otherwise stated.
3. Cross-Posting: Adoptables may be listed on multiple platforms (e.g., X, Facebook, YCH, DeviantArt). The highest valid bid across all platforms wins.
4. Anonymity: You may bid anonymously by sending a private offer via direct message (DM). Public bids take precedence unless a private bid exceeds them.
5. Artist Rights: I retain the right to display, post, and use the artwork I’ve created in my portfolio, promotions, or other personal uses. Buyers will be credited as the character owner where applicable.・✦ Payment Terms ✦・
1. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via PayPal or Ko-fi only.
2. No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Starting Bid (SB) Purchases:
• Full payment must be sent within 24 hours of winning.
• If payment is not received within 24 hours, the adoptable will be offered to the second-highest bidder.
4. Auto-Buy (AB) Purchases:
• Payment plans are available for AB. A minimum of 25% or 50% of the total must be paid within 24 hours of winning, with the remaining balance due within 30 days.
5. Currency:
All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.・✦ Payment Plans & Downpayments ✦・
• Adoptables can be purchased outright or via a payment plan if agreed upon. For payment plans, a non-refundable downpayment (minimum 25% or 50% of the total price) is required to reserve the adoptable.• Full payment must be completed within 30 days of the downpayment unless otherwise negotiated in writing (via X DMs or email).• The buyer is responsible for communicating any delays or issues before the deadline. I’ll send at least one reminder before the 30-day mark if payment is incomplete.・✦ Failure to Pay ✦・
• If full payment isn’t received within 30 days and no extension is agreed upon, the adoptable will be considered abandoned. The downpayment will be forfeited as compensation for lost sales opportunities, and I reserve the right to resell the adoptable to another buyer.• I’ll attempt to contact the buyer at least twice (via X or the payment platform) before reselling. If no response is received within 7 days of the second attempt, the sale is voided.・✦ Refunds on Forfeiture to Pay Payment Plan ✦・
• Downpayments are non-refundable once paid, except in cases where I (the artist) cancel the sale. Full payments are non-refundable once the adoptable is transferred to the buyer (e.g., design files sent).• If the adoptable is resold after a buyer defaults, the original downpayment is retained, but no further claims can be made by the original buyer.・ ✦ Ownership and Usage Rights ✦・
1. What You Receive:
• A full-resolution image of the adoptable without a watermark.
• A transparent-background version of the artwork.
2. Starting Bid (SB) Rights:
• Personal use only (e.g., role-playing, personal art, character development).
• You may not resell, trade, or gift the adoptable.
3. Auto-Buy (AB) Rights:
• Commercial rights are granted, allowing use in merchandise, branding, or other profit-making ventures (with credit to me as the original artist).
• You may resell, trade, or gift the adoptable, provided it is not sold for more than the original purchase price unless additional commissioned art or value has been added.
4. Restrictions:
• You may not claim the original artwork or design concept as your own creation.
• Editing or altering the original artwork is allowed for personal use (e.g., recoloring, adding accessories), but you must credit me as the original artist.
• Use in NFT, cryptocurrency, or blockchain-related projects is strictly prohibited without my explicit written consent.
• AI-Generated Modifications: AI-generated alterations of my work are strictly prohibited.
• Co-Ownership: Co-owning adoptables is not officially supported. If you choose to co-own, I am not responsible for disputes between buyers.・✦ Buyer Responsibilities ✦・
1. Resale Limitations: If reselling (AB buyers only), the adoptable cannot be sold for more than the purchase price unless additional artwork or value has been added (e.g., new commissions featuring the character). Proof of added value may be requested.

2. Credit: If you post or share the adoptable, please credit me as the original artist (e.g., “Design by Sankta Art”).
3. Prohibited Actions:
• Do not use the adoptable in hate speech, illegal activities, or any content that violates platform terms of service.
• Do not reproduce the artwork for mass distribution (e.g., prints, stickers) unless AB rights are purchased.・ ✦ Additional Policies ✦・
1. Design Modifications: I reserve the right to refuse requests to modify the adoptable after purchase unless agreed upon beforehand (e.g., via a separate commission).
2. Blacklisting: I reserve the right to refuse service or blacklist individuals for violating these terms, including failure to pay, harassment, or misuse of the adoptable.
3. Disputes: In case of disputes (e.g., payment issues, ownership conflicts), I will review all evidence (e.g., screenshots, messages) and make a final decision.
4. Lost Files: If you lose your copy of the adoptable files, I will provide a replacement upon proof of purchase, provided I still have the files available.Contact
